New clients, Miracle Channel needed to automate their program and underwriting scheduling so they could continue to grow their ministry. The channel had been doing all of their scheduling manually using Excel worksheets to track program and underwriting commitments before manually loading the media content to the playout system. But as success continued to grow, there were more programs to manage and more underwriting messages to keep track of. Managing this process manually became simply impossible. A system was needed to help pull everything together, and fast.

Miracle Channel chose Wedel Software to develop and implement a customized scheduling and underwriting management solution that integrated with their existing playout system and provided a growth path for the future. The MediaSales Suite, including CRM/Quote and Traffic and Billing modules, is currently being implemented.
